Responding to Data Subject Rights Requests
This article explains how to fulfil data subject rights requests that are submitted by end users of ForgeRock Autonomous Access.
Any data subject rights submitted by end users of ForgeRock Identity Cloud end users under specific privacy/data protection laws (e.g. GDPR/CCPA) shall be serviced via a separate Customer Advisory available here.
Terminology
In this Customer Advisory the following terms shall have the following meanings:
End User :
means the individual whose Username is processed by ForgeRock Autonomous Access on behalf of a ForgeRock customer;
Subject Access Request :
means an End User request to access Username processed by ForgeRock Autonomous Access.
Deletion Request :
means an End User request to delete a Username processed by ForgeRock Autonomous Access.
Username(s):
means the End User(s) username(s) processed by ForgeRock Autonomous Access.
ForgeRock assistance with Individual Privacy Request(s)
Deletion Request(s):
Please email: privacy@forgerock.com with a list of the Usernames to be deleted along with the customer name and contact email address.
Example:
Email Subject: Individual Privacy Request - ForgeRock Autonomous Access
"Customer Name: Massive plc
Customer Contact: clyon@massive.org
Please arrange deletion of the following Usernames:
Access Request(s):
Customer shall 'self service' the satisfaction of an Individual Privacy Request by accessing the Log Viewer .
